Booking & paymnetsA non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. The retainer is applied towards your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment and is accepted via Cash or Zelle ONLY. Appointments are confirmed once retainer is received. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Appointment& TimingPlease arrive on time to receive your full service. A 10-mintue grace period is provided, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or reschedule. To qualify for a fill appointment, at least 40% of lash extensions must remain. No additional guest is permitted unless prior approval is given.
Aftercare & ResultsClients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided at the appointment. Lash retention varies based on natural lash cycles, lifestyles, and aftercare. If significant shedding occurs within 48 hours, please reach out. A complimentary adjustment may be offered at the technician’s discretion. Allergic reactions may occur; no refunds are provided under any circumstances. A complimentary removal may be offered if needed.
